Natasha Rattu

Natasha Rattu is the Executive Director at Karma Nirvana, leading the charity towards its strategic vision of ending Honour Based Abuse in the UK. Natasha has dedicated her career to supporting victims and survivors and has more than 15 years’ experience as a frontline worker and in VAWG policy and intervention (local and central government level). Natasha is a non-practising barrister, specialising in family and criminal law, and was awarded the Anthony Walker Crown Prosecution Scholarship. She has been a recent recipient of the ‘Super Achiever Pitman Boss of the Year award’ and graduated from Operation Black Vote parliamentary leadership programme in 2019.
