We are a voice for those affected by the family justice system. Our work focuses on reforming family law to better protect women, children, minorities, and LGBTQIA+ individuals from harm and discrimination. Through research, policy development, training, public events, and strategic collaboration, we challenge systemic failings in the family courts and advocate for legal frameworks that prioritise safety, equality, and justice.

Advancing equality and fairness in family law.

We are campaigning for

Violence against women and girls is eradicated through a fair family justice system

Our mission is to reform the family justice system through policy advocacy, research, and public education. We expose the inequalities faced by women, girls, and marginalised groups within family law and raise awareness of the legal protections available to safeguard them in family court proceedings. Our research is open access and free to use, supporting practitioners, survivors, and policymakers alike. We work collaboratively with charities and experts to strengthen gender equality, diversity, and fairness in family law, and we are committed to a system where family justice truly protects the most vulnerable.
